Double the Carrying Capacity: The weight-carrying capacity of the PRU-3 has almost doubled from prior models and is now best in class at three persons or 992 pounds.

Easy to Stow: When rolled up the boat has stowed dimensions of 3’3” x 1’11” x 11” and weighs just 53 pounds, which makes it attractive to owners of vessels with limited space.

Stable and Easy to Assemble: A rigid plywood transom, a slatted wood and fabric floor and a wooden bench seat offer added rigidity and a more stable walking and seating area. They also make for quick setup and takedown.

Minimal Outboard Engine Requirements: The flat-bottom non-planing PRU-3 easily handles an engine up to 6hp, but a 4hp model has more than enough power.

Beauty and Brawn. Tube fabric is cut longitudinally to create a distinctive, easily-maintained look in a functional dinghy that features 17” tubes with two chambers per side. Made in the USA Halkey-Roberts valves facilitate simple inflation and deflation,and the boat comes with a pump.

Fully Equipped. The PRU-3 comes with aluminum oars, oarlocks, lifelines, towing rings, a bow handle, a carrying bag and a repair kit.
